Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Urth Coastal

If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@urthcoastal.com

RETURNS

Unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchased price.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made error with your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can quickly resolve it for you

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products that have been used, altered or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a return

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier while we are unable to guarantee carrier delivery times, we will gladly assist if your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged
